Hot Spots for Hot Coffee

Coffea, Common Grounds, and Starbucks are just few of the local coffee shops here in Lexington. Getting coffee is of course one but certainly not the only thing that you can go to a coffee shop for. If you have an upcoming exam or are looking for a change of scenery from the library, then head over to a local coffee shop. It could be just the place you’re looking for! It provides a quiet and study friendly environment as well as supplies a person with all of the caffeine needed to keep alert and motivated. On any given day you can go into a coffee shop around Lexington and find many other students with a book and laptop studying.

Coffee shops are also a great place to go socialize with friends and provide a nice relaxed alternative to dinner. Anytime of the day is a great time to grab a cup of coffee. There are numerous coffee shops scattered all along campus as well as throughout all of Lexington. If you have a break in between class or need a beverage to sip on the chances are there is a coffee shop very close to you.
It isn’t necessary to actually like coffee to find an excuse to go to a coffee shop. There are a variety of teas, lattes, frappuchinos, and more that are available for those that don’t like coffee. There are also pastries, cookies, and muffins to go with your beverage of choice. This can provide you with a delicious snack to help you get through your most tedious tasks or just provide you with a satisfying snack. One of the most common complaints about certain coffee shops is the price. Depending on which drink you choose it can range from 3 to 5 dollars. While this may not be a purchase you would want to make every day, it is worth for those special occasions. Next time you get a chance stop in and visit, you won’t regret it!

I love to study in coffee shops. The environment is friendly and energetic and having coffee at your fingertips is never a bad thing if you have put off your work till the last minuet.I especially love Coffea, the staff is great and the coffee is amazing, and the new renovations they have just done has made it even easier to find a cozy place to study. It really is a great place to get work done or to meet up with friends, either way I know I always enjoy heading over there to get a hot cup of coffee.

This cold weather has been making me crave coffee lately. I love the seasonal lattes too. My current favorite is Starbuck's pumpkin spice latte and I also love their salted caramel mochas. I also totally agree that coffee shops are great places to go to study or hang out. There is nothing better then spending a cold afternoon reading a good book in Starbucks.

My favorite coffee shop is Starbucks! I am a very loyal customer and usually will not go anywhere else. I am there all the time because I live right across from the Starbucks at the library! I have never actually studied at a coffee shop although I know of plenty people that do. I usually go to Starbucks for a quick study break! I'm not a big coffee drinker but like you said they offer a variety of drinks and they are all delicious.

I really like that they highlighted all the different reasons for visiting coffee shops in Lexington. I've personally found all of their examples to be great options such as studying, catching up with friends, or meeting up with new people. Coffea is a great coffee shop in Lexington that provides a smaller coffee shop vibe. It is a really relaxed atmosphere and provides a cozy escape from the dreary weather outside which is perfect for fall.

Coffee shops are useful in so many ways! Back at home, we always meet at our local coffee shop, River Road, to catch up with friends, meet before a trip, or just stop in to see each other. They're a great place to study too since they're normally pretty quiet. Coffee shops are better to study at during the day since most of them close fairly early in the evening. Another great thing I enjoy about most coffee shops is their food. Nothing goes better with my normal drink than a bagel and cream cheese or even a chocolate muffin! Whatever the occasion, if you need to meet a friend doing it in the coffee shop is the way to go!

I'm not a fan of coffee, but I love the smell of coffee. I like going to coffee shops to enjoy the atmosphere. Starbucks is my favorite place to go and unwind. I enjoy their hot chocolate with a bagel and cream cheese. Its a very relaxing and quiet place to go to read, study or just people watch.

Coffee shops are a great place to study. My roommates and I love to study at Coffea, and we think the coffee is much better than Starbucks, which is a plus. The aroma of coffee beans and the background noise of the grinders and blenders create a nice atmosphere to study and focus on your tasks. Now that the weather is getting colder it only makes my coffee cravings that much more tempting and also makes studying a little bit more enjoyable.

I love going into coffee shops, whether it be Starbucks or my other local favorite Coffee Times. I have never really gone into either to study but I have gone to meet friends to just talk about our day and unwind. They always seem to have a very relaxed environment which makes it a nice place to be. I especially love going in around this time of year, when it starts getting a little colder, and getting a nice warm hot chocolate!

I really love coffee shops. They just have this chill atmosphere that's great for studying as well as talking with friends. When you're on the run, and you just need caffeine, it's best to go some where like McDonalds because their coffee taste good and it's cheaper. But when you have time to sit and relax, it's best to go to a coffee shop. I feel like the experience is included in the price. So when you have time to sit down and drink your coffee, you're definitely getting your money's worth.

I don't think I could survive a week without coffee, let alone one day. The perfect way to start my mornings are by going to a coffee shop, Starbucks usually, and getting a large hot coffee. But in the summertime, I love iced coffee! If I'm trying to save money, it's not always the easiest thing to give up, but I've learned to make a great cup of coffee at home. Coffee shops are also an addictive place to study because the atmosphere let's you actually focus!

I really enjoyed this post because it hit the hot spot, with things getting chilly coffee shops are looking so nice. It was a nice take on the reasons college students choose the more expensive stops. I am also glad they included Coffee Grounds. I had my first experience with the coffee destination this semester and was blown away. I visited it with friends and the atmosphere there with numerous separate rooms to relax. Also the open mic night music was quite impressive.

This article did a great job of pointing out reasons to go to a coffee shop other than getting coffee. I used to not be a coffee drinker at all, but found that a coffee shop was a great place to meet with friends or for a work related reason. I personally have found myself studying or meeting up with people to discuss job opportunities. The great and peaceful atmosphere welcomes these types of activities. Although with the weather changing now, I am definitely more likely to get a cup if I stop in.

Last year I spent half of my flex dollars on coffee! While the drinks are usually overpriced, it's cheaper than going out to dinner, and you can literally stay there for hours. My favorite coffee shop near campus is Common Grounds- it has a good atmosphere, and I've heard Coach Cal goes there sometimes! Starbucks are everywhere on campus, but I like to try out more hole-in-the-wall places. I like to study at coffee shops too because I can motivate myself to do work by buying a drink to have while I'm studying.

This was a great article for pointing out different places to try warm treats with the cold blowing in. I have always been a Starbucks junkie so hearing about other places in the area really is awesome. I love the convenience of running to Starbucks on campus before or between classes to grab a hot chocolate, but I will for sure be trying out the recommended places in the article, too! I love the idea of studying in a coffee shop as well. Sometimes it is nice to get out of the typical library area and just study in a new, fresh environment.

Coffee shops for me is one of the best places to study and do homework. In between class i stop at the starbucks in Ovids or at the sudent center and grab a drink and a pastry. They provide a somewhat quite and comy atmosphere to relax and do homework. There also great to meet up with friends and hangout if i get outta class early ill go over to starbucks with a friend and get something and sit and talk. With the weather getting colder all i want is a cup of hot chocolate so having multiple coffe shops around campus i can get a great cup of hot coco anytime.

I love hanging out with my friends at Starbucks and Coffea. I also study in these coffee shops because the environment is so quiet and is also a great way to study with a group. Im from Maryland and we don't have Coffea around where I'm from but I tried it last week and loved it! I think Starbucks and Coffea will be becoming more and more busy as the colder it becomes. It is also a great way to sit back and relax and just drink some coffee and a pastry with a bunch of your friends!

The fall weather and Christmas just around the corner makes me want to indulge in coffee and hot chocolate all the more! Whether I am up late at night studying, meeting friends for a talk, or wanting to snuggle in at home, I know the perfect drink is available at the nearest Starbucks. With the fall flavors of pumpkin spice and cinnamon lattes, Starbucks is busier than ever. The line at the shops are always long and the buzz creates an exciting environment. I love to stop in for a quick study break or a relaxing read between classes. No matter what, Starbucks is always a place to be!

Coffee is really not my thing, but every now and then I will get a cup of coffee when needed. Coffee shops are a really good place to go do homework because they are very quiet and it is a plus too that is smells very good! I think this article is a great topic to talk about since more than half of college students drink coffee, mainly to keep them awake after long nights of studying.

I think coffee shops are a great place to chill and get your mind off of the stressful work that's left for you when you return back home. Even though I'm not a coffee drinker it's the atmosphere that I think people are really drawn to. I enjoy going there to relax and meet up with friends, as do many other people I feel like. Especially during the colder mornings it makes me want to go to a coffee shop before class to start the day off right.

I love going to star bucks before studying. Not only does it give you enough energy but it also helps whenever it's so cold outside. Whenever it's cold outside I always enjoy snuggling up and having hot chocolate or something that is warm. Especially soups and such. I think that's why during fall/winter many people go to Panera and Starbucks.
